Fan and Foundation both run on the same hosting. What changes is how much support and enhancement work you want each month. Pick a tier and change it whenever you like.

Hosting, security, and updates are identical at every tier. You are only choosing how much of our time you want. What exactly does monthly care include?
Every care tier runs on the same enterprise infrastructure: premium hosting, daily backups, the enterprise security stack (firewall, malware monitoring, DDoS protection), core and plugin updates, performance optimization, uptime monitoring, and support. The tools we run for every client are included with no license fee, and paid plugins licensed only to your site are billed at cost plus our management fee. What changes between tiers is how much hands-on support and enhancement time you get each month.
How much is monthly care?
For Fan and Foundation, monthly care is tiered: $40 for hosting only, then $100, $250, or $500 depending on how much support time you want. You can move between tiers anytime. Growth Engine care is a $750 base plus 20% of your ad spend.
Can I split the build fee into payments?
Yes. Fan Engine and Foundation both split into 2 payments: 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch, or 90 days from kickoff, whichever comes first. That 90-day cap keeps the timeline honest if content or images are slow to arrive. Monthly care starts after launch. The Growth Engine offers 3 payment options: $4,000 at kickoff, day 45, and launch (or 90 days); $6,000 twice; or the full $12,000 upfront.
What if I need to cancel monthly care?
Monthly care is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Give us 30 days notice and service ends at the close of your current billing cycle. You own your site and can take it anywhere.
Why does Growth Engine pricing scale with ad spend?
Growth Engine is built around paid traffic, so the management work scales with how much you spend. Ad spend goes directly to Google and Meta, not to us. Care is a $750 base plus 20% of your ad spend: $750 when no ads are running, $1,750 at $5,000 in spend, and $2,750 at $10,000.
How long does it take to launch?
Fan Engine starts from 14 days, Foundation from 45 days, and Growth Engine from 90 days. Your timeline depends on how quickly you get us content and approvals. We keep projects moving.
