Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, we will handle it, but we are not doing long email chains.
What does Black Tiger Digital do?
We build conversion-focused websites and lead systems that capture demand, qualify it, route it, and track outcomes. The goal is simple: more leads, better leads, and a pipeline you can measure.
Who do you work with?
Service businesses where qualified leads matter: trades, legal, financial, healthcare, home services, and appointment-driven businesses. If you are unsure which engine fits, book a short call and we will point you to the right path.
Do you take on many clients at once?
No. We accept up to three new builds per month. That keeps quality high and communication tight.
Where are you based and when are you available?
We are based in Michigan and serve clients across the United States, Monday through Sunday on Eastern Time. Current hours are listed in the site footer.
Do you build on WordPress or another platform?
Most builds use WordPress because it is flexible, fast when optimized, and easy to maintain. If your project needs a different stack, we will tell you up front and recommend the right path.
Will my website be mobile-friendly and fast?
Yes. Mobile-first layout, performance basics, and clean structure are standard. A site that loads slowly is a conversion killer, so speed is part of the build.
Do you provide content writing and design assets?
We can help refine messaging and page structure. If you need full copywriting, photography, or brand work, that is available as an add-on depending on scope.
Are there any extra fees for plugins or security tools?
The tools we run for every client are included in your monthly care: hosting, the security stack (firewall, malware monitoring, DDoS protection), spam-protected forms, and reliable email delivery, with no license fee passed to you. Paid plugins or services licensed only to your site, like a specific payment gateway, are billed to you at cost plus our management fee, and we confirm before adding anything like that.
What is the Growth Engine?
Growth Engine is a complete lead acquisition system: landing flow, tracking, lead capture, validation, enrichment, scoring, routing, follow-up automation, CRM integration, and revenue reporting. It includes the full Foundation build and is built to scale lead volume with accountability.
How much does the Growth Engine cost?
Growth Engine is a $12,000 one-time build fee plus monthly management of a $750 base plus 20% of your ad spend. So a month with no ads is $750, $5,000 in ad spend is $1,750, and $10,000 is $2,750. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Google and Meta. See the pricing page for examples.
How long does setup take?
Builds start from 90 days. We do not launch paid traffic until tracking, landing pages, lead routing, and automation are fully verified. Timelines depend on content delivery, service area complexity, integrations, and approvals.
Do I have to run ads to use the Growth Engine?
Growth Engine is built around paid traffic, so it makes the most sense when you are investing in ads, even seasonally. If you pause ads, monthly care drops to the $750 base. Ad spend goes directly to Google and Meta, and our management fee scales with how much you spend. There is no minimum, but with little or no spend there is little for the system to optimize.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A qualified lead matches your target customer, has real intent, and can be contacted. We define qualification during onboarding, then route hot leads to sales immediately and nurture warm leads with automated follow-up.
Can you integrate with my CRM and tools?
Yes. We commonly integrate forms, booking, email, and CRMs so leads are captured, tagged, and routed automatically. If your stack is unusual, we will confirm feasibility before kickoff.
Do I need more traffic or better leads?
Most businesses do not have a traffic problem. They have a capture, conversion, and follow-up problem. We tighten the system so more visits turn into booked work.
What data do you track?
Clicks, calls, forms, chats, and bookings tied back to lead sources. Dashboards focus on conversion, cost, and lead quality so decisions are obvious.
What is enrichment and scoring?
Enrichment fills missing details on a lead record: company, title, location. Scoring ranks leads based on fit and intent. Hot leads route to sales immediately, warm leads enter nurture, and cold leads are deprioritized so your team’s time is not wasted.
Do you help with technical SEO?
Yes. Clean site architecture, metadata, internal linking, indexing controls, and performance are part of the build. For deeper SEO campaigns, we offer structured expansions and ongoing optimization.
Can you work with an existing website?
Sometimes. If the current site is salvageable, we can improve performance, messaging, tracking, and conversion. If it is a mess, rebuilding is faster and cheaper than patching forever.
What are your payment terms?
Kickoff requires the first payment (50%). The remaining 50% is due at launch, or 90 days from kickoff, whichever comes first, so the timeline holds even if content is slow to arrive. Monthly plans run on autopay, month-to-month, and cancel with 30 days notice at the close of the current cycle. The Growth Engine offers a 3-payment option: $4,000 at kickoff, $4,000 at day 45, and $4,000 at launch or 90 days.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds, if offered, depend on the signed agreement and the stage of work. Third-party services and ad spend are nonrefundable once purchased or initiated.
How does ad spend work for the Growth Engine?
Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta, not to us. We manage the campaigns, and the monthly management fee scales with your ad spend tier. Premium tools like firewall, malware monitoring, and DDoS protection are included in all monthly care plans at no extra charge.
What happens if a payment is missed?
If payments fail, we pause work and services until the balance is resolved. If service is suspended long-term, we provide a final backup of site files per the agreement terms.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your site and can take it anywhere. If you cancel monthly care, we provide a final backup of all files. You own your content and control.
