No Mystery
What it costs
Presence is $2,500 to build with care at $40 or $100 a month. Foundation is $5,000 with care at $250 or $500. The Growth Engine is $12,000 with a monthly management fee. Split payments are available on every build, and there is no minimum term on the monthly.

How much does a website cost?
Builds start at $2,500 for Presence, $5,000 for Foundation, and $12,000 for the Growth Engine. Every price is published on the pricing page, so you never need a sales call to find out whether we fit your budget.
How long does it take?
From 14 days for Presence, from 45 for Foundation, and from 90 for the Growth Engine. The variable is how quickly you get us content and approvals.
Do I own the website?
Yes, outright. The monthly care plan covers hosting, security, updates, monitoring, and backups. It is not a lease, and you are month to month with no minimum term.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes, and adding pages costs nothing. Every build ships with a pattern library, so you assemble new pages from blocks we already designed rather than paying us for a page that follows the same layout as the last one.
What happens if we want to leave?
You take the site. You own it outright, the monthly is month to month with no minimum term, and we hand over what you need to move it. We would rather you stay because the work is good.
Do you only work with Michigan businesses?
No. We are based in Waterford and most clients are in Oakland County, but the build and the lead system work anywhere. The local SEO piece is the only part that is genuinely geographic.
