Get Found Locally
Local SEO for Michigan Businesses
Show up when someone nearby searches for what you do. Google Business Profile, citations, service-area pages, and the schema that makes search engines and AI answer engines confident about your business.
What It Is
Ranking locally is a build, not a subscription
Local visibility comes from a set of things being correct at once: a verified and complete Google Business Profile, consistent business details everywhere they appear, real pages for the places you serve, and structured data that spells it out.
What Is Included
What You Actually Get
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, and filled out properly: categories, services, hours, photos, and posts.
NAP audit and citations
Your name, address, and phone reconciled everywhere online, then built out through BrightLocal and Whitespark.
LocalBusiness schema
Structured data so search engines and AI answer engines read your business correctly.
Service-area pages
A real page for each market you serve, written to rank, not thin copies of one another.
Voice and FAQ content
Questions phrased the way people actually ask them, so you get pulled into answers.
Monthly reporting
Leads this month, leads lifetime, and which channel each one came from.
How We Do It
Local ranking is a build, not a retainer
Most local SEO is sold as a monthly subscription with a vague report attached. We treat it as a build: get the profile verified and complete, reconcile the business details everywhere they appear, put real pages behind the places you serve, and mark it all up so search engines and AI answer engines can read it. Then the monthly work is maintenance and content, not rediscovering the same problems.
Profile first
A verified, complete Google Business Profile does more for most local businesses than anything else we could touch.
Citations reconciled, not sprayed
We fix the listings that conflict rather than blasting your details at hundreds of low-quality directories.
Real service-area pages
One page per place we can say something true about. We would rather build 20 good ones than 200 thin ones.
Schema that matches reality
LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ markup so what you claim on the page is what machines read.
The Honest Part
What we will not do
- We will not promise a ranking by a date.Nobody can, honestly. We promise the work and show you what came in.
- We will not build 200 doorway pages.Near-identical city pages get deindexed. We build the ones we can write properly.
- We will not report on impressions. The report says leads, sources, and conversions, because that is what pays you.
No Mystery
What it costs
The full local SEO base is part of the Foundation build at $5,000, with care from $250 a month. Presence includes a Google Business Profile setup and basic schema at $2,500 if you are starting smaller.
How You Buy It

Common Questions
Questions We Get Asked
How long does local SEO take to work?
Google Business Profile work can move within weeks. Citations and service-area pages compound over months. Anyone promising a ranking by a specific date is guessing, and we will not do that.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else honestly. What we guarantee is the work: a verified profile, clean citations, real service-area pages, correct schema, and a monthly report showing what came in and from where.
Is local SEO included in the website build?
Basic on-page SEO and a Google Business Profile setup come with Presence. The full local SEO base, citations, service-area pages, and attribution reporting start at Foundation.
What is a citation, and does it still matter?
A citation is any place your name, address, and phone appear online. They matter less than they did five years ago, but conflicting details across listings still actively hurt you, which is why we reconcile rather than blast.
Do you need access to my Google Business Profile?
Yes, as a manager. You stay the owner. If you have lost access or never claimed it, recovering the listing is usually the first thing we do.
What happens when our address or hours change?
Tell us and we update the profile, the site, the schema, and the citations together. Details drifting apart across sources is one of the most common reasons a local listing quietly stops ranking.
