The program
Black Tiger Digital sends text messages to people who have asked to receive them. Messages cover appointment and call reminders, project and build updates, and responses to questions you have asked us.
This is not a marketing list. We do not send promotional blasts and we do not add anyone who has not asked.
How you opt in
You receive messages from us only if you have agreed to, by one of:
- Ticking the consent box on a form on our website
- Texting a keyword to our number
- Telling us on a call that you would like updates by text, which we record
Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can work with us and never receive a text.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a handful of messages around a booked call or during an active build, and nothing in between.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan. We do not charge you anything for text messages.
Stopping
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further.
Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently. We do not re-add a number from a later import, a new form submission, or anything else. If you want to start again, reply START.

Privacy
Mobile information and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone other than the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything else. What we hold and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Supported on the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery cannot be guaranteed, messages can be filtered or delayed by systems outside our control.
Age
You must be 18 or over to receive messages from us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above tells you when they last changed. If a change is significant we will say so rather than quietly reposting.
Reply STOP and it ends
One word, no confirmation screen, no retention offer. If it ever does not work, that is a defect and we want to hear about it the same day.
