Terms and Conditions
Please review our terms and conditions. These govern how we work together, what to expect, and your responsibilities as a client.
Scope of Work
The scope of work defines the services Black Tiger Digital will provide for your Growth Engine, Foundation, or Fan Engine project. Services not explicitly listed in your agreement are excluded.
Key Point: If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, a new estimate will be issued for your approval before any additional work begins.
We recommend reviewing your scope document carefully and asking questions before project kickoff.
Project Completion
A project is considered complete when the agreed deliverables meet the following criteria:
- The website framework and configurations are in place, even if client content is still pending.
- All agreed-upon features, automations, and integrations are implemented.
- The requested deliverables for your Engine package are functional as outlined in your scope.
Note: Project completion does not require all client-provided content to be uploaded. If you have not provided content, placeholder content may be used, and the project is still considered complete.
Deposits and Payments
Payment structure for all Engine packages:
No Long-Term Contract: Services are billed month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. When cancelled, services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. The Growth Engine build can be split into three payments: at kickoff, at day 45, and at launch or 90 days from kickoff.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled as follows:
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.
- After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued for deposits, monthly investments, or other fees.
- No refunds on third-party services or ad spend after 48 hours or once initiated.
- All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Important: Third-party services (hosting, domains, ad platforms) are nonrefundable once purchased, regardless of use or cancellation.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services include hosting, domains, ad platforms, plugins, enrichment tools, and automation platforms. These are initiated on the 3rd business day after payment.
- Third-party services are nonrefundable once purchased, regardless of use or cancellation.
- Clients are responsible for all third-party costs in addition to Black Tiger Digital’s management fees.
Examples of Third-Party Costs: Ad spend, hosting fees, domain registration, premium plugins, enrichment credits, and automation platform subscriptions.
Account Payments and Suspension
For ongoing monthly services, the following applies:
- Monthly investments are billed in advance of each service cycle.
- Growth Engine management is billed monthly as a $750 base plus 20% of your monthly ad spend, so it is $750 when ads are paused and scales with what you spend, with no minimum.
If Payment is Missed
Note: The backup includes your website files but does not include automations, workflows, or third-party service configurations.
